Products sold within the dealers' commercial networks or in the bigger chain of supermarkets should have warranty time according to the Hungarian law. For the firms basically dealing with commerce usually charge a third party company to ensure a background service network as it is not worth to take on this obligatory by themselves.
As he first step of this procedure the service provider supplies the dealer with warranty letters for the products involved. On the score of the contract we continuously produce the warranty letters with one-day-deadline, send or hand them over personally to our customers. The cost depends on the value of these products. These letters are then attached to the products' package by the dealers. The consumer make this letter certified (asking for stamp) at the place of bought. In case the product breaks down within warranty period (this is usually one year) the consumer should bring it back not to the shop but to one of the service provider listed on the warranty letter, or call for a technician from this list if it is a larger appliance. After performing the repairs needed the service partner charges the Flag Ltd. with the costs. In case of lack of spare parts the partner performs the repairs after ordering them from the Flag Ltd.'s central stocks.
The consumer can ask for replacement of the product if it cannot be repaired (e.g. no spare parts available). If this happens the consumer can buy another product with the replacement voucher ordered by the service partner from the service center. The dealer then charges the Flag Ltd. with the cost of the replaced product. The Flag Ltd. also takes on the duty of collecting the failed products which facilitate the dealers' logistic tasks.
In order to cooperate on well organised basis we harmonize the needs of our customers and the services supplied by the Flag Ltd. on personal meetings. We examine the product involved in warranty service and we make a technical advisory report. At the end of harmonization our offer for the cooperation is ready after the inspection of the product.
The Flag Ltd. provides service in warranty period for a wide range of products:

communication products: television, video recorder, DVD, radio, radio cassette recorder, walkman, CD, HI-FI, car radio, digital camera. We provide service for consumer electronics products of e.g. Sanyo, Akai, NileLine and Vestel.

small and big household appliances: hand mixer, bread baking machine, vacuum cleaner, washing-up machine, washing machine, gas oven. A considerable part of the trade marks serviced by our network is of NileLine, Sanyo, Vestel and Stahlman.

bicycles, scooters, electric scooters: Neuser, Olimpia, Kuzmann bicycles.

air conditioners: installation, repair and maintenance of appliances of: Vestel, NileLine, Delton, Dimarson split mono and dual air conditioners.

garden and tinker tools, pumps: Bosch, Black&Decker, Acter hand tools and tinker tools.

large kitchen machines (hotels' and restaurants' kitchen appliances) : installation and maintenance of Williams cook and chill quick freezers, Rational combined stewing machines.
